CW Security

CW Security has created a system that keeps security staff informed and connected using technology based on both PCs and mobile phones. They approached us because they wanted to create support material to aid people in training to use their software. We created a series of training videos that took users through the different features of the software on both the mobile and PC platforms.

The first video was more of a promo and feature overview, which could be used both as an introduction for new users and as a promotional tool online and at events and conferences. The following videos were step by step guides illustrating the setup and usage of the software. A mixture of animated graphics and screen capture was used to present the information and a voice over guided viewers through the processes.

The videos were converted to high quality Flash format ready to be uploaded onto the CWSEC website here. They were integrated into the Help and FAQ section so that anyone who used or planned to use their system could watch the videos from anywhere with an internet connection. We also created mobile phone format versions of the videos that were downloadable onto a user′s phone, enabling them to train whilst on the move. The video on the right is the forth in a series of five videos that we produced for CW Security.
