Floor Heating Systems

Floor Heating Systems wanted an installation training video for their under-floor heating products. There wasn′t a large budget, and they wanted a straightforward informational video. Its purpose was to let their clients and potential clients be clear and confident about the installation procedure. The aim was to help boost sales and give them the edge over the competition. We were happy to be of help, and went to their premises for an afternoon′s shoot. We filmed the installation process in detail, following their carefully prepared steps being performed by their expert. The footage was then edited together in our studio and a voice over was added. The finished video was presented on DVD for the client to distribute, and we also created a streamable version for online viewing on their website.

Sometimes an informational video can be just as effective as a ′hard sell′ promo. Customers look at a range of issues when choosing who to purchase from, and good training and support material may give a product or service the advantage over its competitors.
